Kyung-min Yoo
I'm not use English as mother language So you could little confuse But I need advice I tried intro level 1 program before (5days per week Without rest day) First and second day was so so I did it But After than I couldn't follow schedule cuz of tired and sore I felt I'm lazy and weak dissapointed myself I think my body power is not enough And restore speed is not good So I need to customize Schedule fit for my body condition But I don't know how to And where to begin Just add rest day between training?? Or do 2 excercise one day and rest? I'm not expert So I can't sure my thought is right I want to develop my power and strength I heard "no pain no gain" So I'm stuck on start line Help me and give me some advice please ps. And Where can I read any theory about training program I read before 'Building the gymnastic body' But this is many years ago So I think many updates for this theory I tried find theory at GymfitTV I couldn't find

If you are very tired...one you have selected the Intro i suggest ou to grab for sure foundations and the stretch series and perform every single group like "upper body or middle split stretch series" once week. There is a book "Building the gymnastic body" written by Coach sommer This site started from that book This site evolved More eaiser, More handy But So many complex theory is gone with renewal Now this site very confusing me "Just do it" "Follow our way without think" Is not my type I want to make my own routine(for my weak body condition) And I want to control my schedule Yeah, I can do it(edit intensity, remove or add workout schedule) But not enough There is no guidelines Beginner can't design their own way without knowledge I can't get that knowledge It was possible before "Study before workout" was possible But now only workout courses... It makes me confuse Like 'So many machines without any manual' I can't post question Every single moment When I'm curious Because I can barely use English Reading is more easy to me than writing I can't express my think easy and quick We need Coach sommer's knowledges And theory Not enough with "just do it program"
Alessandro Mainente
I had the opportunity to live and to talk with many sports trainers, university prof, book authors like Carlo buzzichelli, Tudor bompa etc.. all of them have one single idea In common: a student should trust a program from 0 to end and follow it especially if he/she does not have the knowledge to build up his/her own program. A Coach tells you how to train and not how to develop the knowledge to train on your own...you can of course study books, site, forum in parallel so that you can increase your basic knowledge. for example in the basic strength forum section, getting started, mobility etc. Also you have the private forum where there are much more discussion available for all the students who are more curious. Coach's Sommer knowledge is equal to 40 years of experience and he is sharing his experience under the form of GST courses. I have probably 30 years of experience less than him for sure but i have 2 university degrees, i did his seminar for almost 7 years, i have studied by myself programming, physiology of strength training, biology, functional anatomy, neurophysiology, traumatology, biomechanics and much much more....everything mixed with experience. And now after +10 years following his posts, reading his answers, finding answers when i canon find them on the forum I have understood the logic behind his work. It is basically impossible to write down the logic link of all these things because it can take years. now imagine teaching you these things from zero. If you are interested in knowledge begin to study on your own and i'm available telling you books and resources when you can begin. If you are searching explanation there are tons and tons of answers in the private forum for people who have owned Coach's material, posts where i have spent many many hours explaining how, why, and when. So begin from here. because everything began from here..included me. everybody would like ready meals, but a...a good iniziative is the best option. If you are searching for "university of bodyweight" I'm sorry but i do not think this is the correct place.
