Tom Goss
Hi guys, Firstly, my first 6 weeks of following Foundations has been absolutely fantastic. I'm doing a split where I hit upper/lower/core 3X pw with the restore series, bodyline work and daily limbers in there too. Already feeling like I'm moving so much better, and getting stronger in the core too. So thanks a lot, I fully intend to follow this program for as long as it takes to reach the final challenges. A few weeks ago I read Pavel's Naked Warrior and his prescriptions for OAP and Pistols in submaximal sets regularly throughout the day. I also saw that Coach Sommer is cited heavily in the book. What do you think about mixing this in with foundations work? I feel like I have plenty of spare work capacity and feel the itch to do something extra physical throughout the day as I'm locked in apartment 24/7. Hey tom probably it will end with local joint issues overload. OAP is a socialistic work that cannot be done every day and I have 6/6 clients who reached the one-arm pullup with 2 days a week of training specifically for it. UNfortunately judging the capability of holding a certain volume basing on HOW DO I FEEL in the day is wrong because joint recovery has nothing to do with the sensation of the full energy situation. DO not worry and do not search for an additional methods. until you complete foundations 4 you need linear programming and avoid complex structure, period.
Tom Goss
Thanks for your answer That makes sense that joint recovery doesn't depend on how I feel. I am too full of energy these days, so I will add additional cardio instead and just have faith in foundations for strength. What do you mean by "socialistic"? Cheers

Tom Goss
Just now, Alessandro Mainente said: Automatic correction...it was specialistic. I see Also there oap I referenced in the OP was one arm push up, not one arm pull up That's still a far off dream for me, especially as I have 15kg to lose
