John McGuinness Posted December 28, 2019 Share Posted December 28, 2019 hello, I do alot of climbing and one move that comes in extremely useful is the high step, a good high step allows you to conserve upper body strength by getting your weight onto your feet more easily. is there a mobility exercise anyone can suggest to improve this movement? cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
