Kyle Boron Posted December 8, 2019 Share Posted December 8, 2019 Whenever I do rotational lower body exercises such as the bretzel stretch my adductor get very tight and sometime cramp. Ive have been doing such exercises and some middle split stretches for a few months now and haven’t got a lot of relief when preforming the breztel exercise.
