Ricky Ward Posted December 2, 2019 Share Posted December 2, 2019 When performing the middle split series I have been experiencing some discomfort behind my left knee in the middle split series. It’s when I’m in straddle position. It has been getting better over the series but I’m curious if I’m pushing it too hard. It does subside some when I don’t get as wide in my straddle stretch. That being said this system has been a game changer for me.
