Max Hoare
Hi, I have just signed up to all access subscription. I have terrible mobility/flexibility especially in the lower body (hamstrings, adductors). I can't even get my body in a right angle in a pike position. I have moderate strength having done basic bodyweight training for a few years. I'd like to improve mobility & flexibility as fast as possible while maintaining strength. Should I start with Foundation 1? Also I have an app that freezes my screen at work every half an hour for two minutes to remind me to move. Could I do flexibility exercises that often or would it be overkill? Thanks! Max
