New - starting point help

Hi,

I have just signed up to all access subscription. I have terrible mobility/flexibility especially in the lower body (hamstrings, adductors). I can't even get my body in a right angle in a pike position.

I have moderate strength having done basic bodyweight training for a few years. I'd like to improve mobility & flexibility as fast as possible while maintaining strength. Should I start with Foundation 1?

Also I have an app that freezes my screen at work every half an hour for two minutes to remind me to move. Could I do flexibility exercises that often or would it be overkill?

Thanks!

Max

HI Max, well, begin with foundations one and then insert the stretch courses. Every half an hour pick up one restore course and do it...it takes less than what you think. as you progress let us now your major limitations and if possible we will help you!
