Nick Goddard
Has anyone purchased this product for use with the foundation courses? https://www.pullupmate.co.uk/products/pull-up-mate-dip-kit-set.html I was thinking this would be useful for when I progress to hinge rows and other progressions as my current pull-up bar set-up is attached within a narrow door frame. Would the ‘pull-up mate’ be useful for: GB dips? Pull ups - is there enough height? Ring ground rows - is it ok to attach rings to? Is there enough stability? thanks for tour help, nick
Matthew Walker
If you watch the video of somebody using it, it wouldn't work for full ROM dips.

That’s a very good point. Anyone tried hinge rows on the ‘pull up mate’?
Matthew Walker
I don't see why you couldn't do them as long as you have rings. The thing seems like it might get wobbly once you get to some of the momentum based moves in front lever, hollow back press, etc.
