Eva Gossenreiter Posted September 19, 2019 Share Posted September 19, 2019 Hi, I am new to strength training and am wondering if there is a suggested number of times a step should be completed with all repetitions done, before moving on to the next one? Eva Hey Eva, usually with my students i require to do a specific step (number o set x number of sec/rep) where in the last set they can perform one rep more or 1/2'' more. if they can, they can move on.
