The whole idea of gymnastic bodies is to stay honest and actually have something to measure against otherwise we’re all going to be doing all sorts of tempos that we think are correct. One of the many brilliant features of GB is that you can get home from work and stick on the follow along videos that play continuously and measure your own progress perfectly. Having that feature has made training so efficient for me and I’m sure for many others that don’t have time to be clicking through separate videos each day.
