Prevent injury on Peroneus longus

Hi,

Yesterday I did my weekly Front split series and I have to say I pushed hard, it was my best so far.

This morning I did my Foundations 1 core and, toward the end, I was exhausted and I stood up making lever on crossed legs (which I started to do in Foundation 2 lower body since few weeks without problems).

When standing up, I felt the Peroneus moving "out of place" for a second and immediately come back to the original position. It felt weird. 

It doesn't hurt, I just feel some sore Peroneus tendon when I compress completely the leg.

Tomorrow is my Lower Body day. Should I skip? or any other recommendation? I am fine, I just don't want to be injured. Thanks coach!

Hey Marco do not worry about it if not necessary. TRain regularly and stop if it hurts and nothing more.

For the chronicles... I went ahead, paying attention to the leg. I completed the full 5x10 reps without problem + mobility. Thank you coach Ale!
