Marco Levati Posted July 29, 2019 Share Posted July 29, 2019 Hi, Yesterday I did my weekly Front split series and I have to say I pushed hard, it was my best so far. This morning I did my Foundations 1 core and, toward the end, I was exhausted and I stood up making lever on crossed legs (which I started to do in Foundation 2 lower body since few weeks without problems). When standing up, I felt the Peroneus moving "out of place" for a second and immediately come back to the original position. It felt weird. It doesn't hurt, I just feel some sore Peroneus tendon when I compress completely the leg. Tomorrow is my Lower Body day. Should I skip? or any other recommendation?
