Getting started with injuries

I’m trying to convince my wife to get started with me, but she’s dealing with some injuries - 1) pain from her elbow down to her wrist from a car accident a few months ago (the physical therapist said her ulner nerve is inflamed), so as you can imagine even the intro crab walks would be painful, 2) numbness and pain in her leg due to an extremely tight hamstring.

Where does she start to both build mobility and recover from these injuries?

I stumbled upon the GST program because of the focus on mobility and preventing injury, so just trying to figure out where to point her.

Hey Micheal,

I recommend starting with our Restore courses. These are designed specifically to help rehab old injuries and increase mobility. After the Restore courses she could add some core and lower body work to her schedule, however, I recommend avoiding any upper body work until the issue with her ulnar nerve is resolved.
