I often see things on social media and am not sure how to find them, or the progressions to get to them. As an example, you posted on facebook a wonderful reverse muscle up video today.What course do I need to own to even see this movement as an option for my training?? Please help! Jeffrey Bittner Posted May 20, 2019 Share Posted May 20, 2019 Hi Christine, The prerequisite exercises to learn a reverse muscle up can be found in the Foundation courses and the Rings course. This is an advanced muscle up variation that is meant to be done after completing all four Foundation courses and the Rings One course. I have progressed through quite a few of your classes, and also with regular gym coaching over the past 3 years and have made significant advancements. I would like to see and understand this and other advanced movements and progressions,. Rings 1 in fact does not have any indication of other advanced movements such as this.
