Hi, 

Does anyone have any experience or suggestions on how to recover quicker from golfer’s elbow?

Hi NIcholas, the golfer elbows it is a connective tissue injury, depending on how much times you trained on this already existing pathology, it can take 1,2,3,4,5 months or maybe more. connective tissue heals 3 times slower than muscles. 

so no shortcut here.  i'm sorry.

If you interfere with the healing process is can slow down. everything that promotes pain should be completely taken off.

I have it in both arms. It can take weeks. Or in my case 6 months to a year. There are no quick fixes for it.

Overtraining and impatience are what caused the golfer’s elbow.  Attempting to training through it will make it MUCH worse.

What is golfers elbow?  I’ve been having elbow pain. For awhile it was unbearable and I had to slow down my workouts. It has gotten better but it took awhile.

when there is a pain, the first step is slow down the intensity and check for a PT.
