A few questions From a beginner

Hello,

 

I have just started the course yesterday using the recommended coaching timetable. 

 

Having access to the daily limber, ankle stretch and other video training should I be using these on conjunction with the basic training timetable ?

I would also like to know should I still maintain general cv condition I.e running and rowing? Should this be a HIIT style or long and steady. I am required to keep a level of cv conditioning for my job.

 

Finally, having been through the standard weights then crossfit routine is there space to incorporate barbell squats and deadlift. Or would I be getting to close to cns fatigue and overstating?

I apologise for the many questions!

Hi Ed, if you work requires conditioning then yes, you should maintain them. It is also possible to merge barbell work carefully so that you cannot reach overtraining.  You can consider doing one day deadlift + squat and another day the foundations' legs work.

If for the daily limber you are referring to stretch courses you can freely put them into a normal training day.
