I’m wrong??

I told people that if you do push up, pull up, dips for many reps you should make these more harder as slow speed, more deep ROM and increase your weight progressively for strength and muscle mass

in case of push up, I recommended them that make the body more forward with this I also told them like that “Do it more slowly”

I want to know I’m wrong or not.

My personal impression is that you are basing question on what other people say. well the opinion of other people makes sense if they have a good authority in the field they are discussing. if not they are simply stating no-sense words.

specifically:

-does slow speed make you stronger? no they are making you slower. since the first thing to promote strength in the long period is fast strength you must have a period for the fast strength that refers purely to technical improvements and later slow strength for maximal gain. they are related, merged, both necessary. no one can exist without the other one if the goal is expressing the max potential of an athlete.

-mass and strength are related to nutrition, work capacity, schedule, programming, planning, recovery, deload, CNS adaptations, tissues adaptations and more.

Stating X promotes Y is reductive.

Now my PERSONAL SUGGESTION is: you have a good number of doubts about information that are already available in the form of books. a simple famous book talking about strength is the one from vladimir zatsiorsky. from here begins your study.

I want to know what Fast strength is? and vladimir zatsiorsky is book? How can I get it?

You mean fast strength is first and then slow strength is next step, isn't it?

Every exercise has a technical component, some exercise easier , some exercises more complex. the better the technique, the faster the movement, the better the CNS adaptation.

yes it is BUT consider that after you need the knowledge to shift the theory to practical approach on bodyweight training. my suggestion i having a guideline for developing basic strength on bodyweigth training like the already mentioned foundations with an online subscription.

it's up to you.
