Chad Burger 2 Posted February 7 Hi, I am relatively new to mobility subscribing to the unlimited program last October. I have been consistently performing the three stretching programs once per week for all three. I wanted to know thoughts on performing light or supplemental stretching throughout the week in addition to the stretching routines. I have noticed that some weeks I feel sore and tighter than other weeks, but I have seen minor improvement. I know this is a long process, just trying to understand if there is additional work I should be doing. Below is a picture of my current stretched position in pancake.
