Randall Curtis Posted December 3, 2018 Share Posted December 3, 2018 Sorry if this question has already been posted, but on a Upper Body Day would it be OK to split up the exercises throughout the day . For example do pushups in the morning , rows later in the day, planks later in the day as long as your doing all the reps and sets for each exercise at each session. Alessandro Mainente Posted December 4, 2018 Share Posted December 4, 2018 Hi Randall, well it depends on how long is your warm up. as you become stronger the warm-up takes longer...doing it one time in a day is better...but if for you is not possible...you can, of course, perform the exercises separated.
