Felipe Garcia Rosa
Hello, I recently started boxing and wanted to strengthen my serratus anterior muscles as I have been told it helps a lot in boxing. I know the planche progression in foundations series works SA a lot, Do you think its the best way to strengthen it?, or are there better exercises out there for the SA specifically? Thanks! Alessandro Mainente
Considering the activation of the serratus anterior that is sport specific since it is a couple with spine rotation and asymmetric legs position the best way to strengthen it is by practicing your sport with the same angle. GB progression is very useful as a general preparation tool but soon or after you need a specific angle and body position strength.
