Michael Gibbons
Hi, apologies if this is answered in the thoracic bridge forum (for some reason I keep getting a message that I'm not allowed to access that) but I was wondering about how advanced the stretch series is. I've been doing thoracic bridge for 10+ years in my yoga practice, so I'm already fairly good at it - I can extend my arms and legs and comfortably hold it for good periods of time. That said, there's always more to learn with these positions and I'd be interested in getting a gymnastics perspective on it. Is the stretch series meant for people who can't really do a bridge already, or are there more advanced/deeper variations to build upon once you have a strong basic bridge? Alessandro Mainente
For the thoracic bridge spine it is meant for people who need to restore the thoracic spine extension.
