Joaquin Malagon Posted October 22, 2018 Share Posted October 22, 2018 Hello community, I was wondering for those of you working out in commercial gyms what did you use to perform HLL's? I find that the ab equipment where you rest your back against a pad and rest on your forearms isn't really great. The pad is awkwardly placed so I don't really feel it in the abdominal area.
