Hello.

Is there a ratio between the amount of seconds a person can hold in isometric execrices (planche, front lever etc) to the amount of reps can be excecute on the dynamic version of those exercise (planche push ups, front lever rows  etc).

Thanks,

Nimrod

You can build up it by experience but it does not exist completely. for example, one my client with 13 seconds of full planche is able to perform almost 2 straddle planche press to handstand and 2-3 planche pushup in a row with a stop at the top.

the comparison with the front lever is that you need much more isometric strength before focusing on dynamic.

the problem is much more complicated because as you have bad body proportion the seconds can be definitely differents.

Alessandro could you explain why front lever requires more isometric strength before beginning dynamic variations? Also why isn't BA front lever worked on for other skills like FL rows?
