Planche work

Just a quick question, and maybe I'm doing them wrong, but on planche leans where am I supposed to feel it the most?

Everywhere I read and look, most people and videos say that I should feel it mostly in shoulders and upper back.  However, I typically only feel them in core, biceps, and I'm guessing my lats/serratus area.

HI Robert there is no a unique sensation, sensation reflects weak points. nothing more.

Thank you for that.

I made a quick video just in case

I just recently learned the difference between hollowing and thoracic rounding, so I hope I'm doing this correctly to begin with.

The worst thing here is fingers pointed backward. this form in case of bad preparation leads to bicep tendon injury.

Other than that the protraction is okay? Fingers back isn't a big deal, I've been working on that since regular push up planks. I just felt more comfortable there since I've done my push up progressions on rings turning them out up top

The protraction can be influenced by the upper arm rotation. it must be evaluated in the correct position.
