Planche Frequency

Hello, Everyone,

I have read all of Coach Sommer's articles and am on 40 seconds on the tucked ball planche. I was wondering, though, how often should I be training this skill? I know it says an equivalent of one minute, but I was wondering if I should be doing this every day, a monday, tuesday, thursday, friday schedule (like tnation iron cross development article); or five days with weekends off?

Coach Sommer, if you have time, I would like to know how you train your athletes for the planche.

In the past, I believe Coach has stated that a Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri schedule works fine for planche development.
