Craig Measom Posted April 17, 2018 Share Posted April 17, 2018 I've been following the progressions in the course and wondered if anybody knew what would make a QL muscle go into spasm as mine seem to have. Craig Measom Posted April 17, 2018 Author Share Posted April 17, 2018 Hi Alessandro, the send flexion work I've been doing is the progression in side lever and I'm up to PE3 ( I started at the beginning).
