Liam Wright
Hello, If I were to start a new course... with a main goal on upper thoracic and overhead shoulder mobility being key, what would you recommend? Thoracic bridge or handstand? Any other tips are greatly appreciated. For extra information, i struggle with the wall slide** and cant keep my elbows, wrists on the wall, even when flaring my ribs from overarching my lower back and thoracic. I will post a video of myself tomorrow. Cheers, Liam. ** =
Alessandro Mainente
HI Liam, the thoracic bridge creates the range of motion while handstand teaches you how to actively control it (that it is something similar to wall extension). so basically the best solution for steel shoulders is a combination of handstand and bridge course.
