Recommended sets and times for holds

I am going to start training skills such as crocodile lever and working towards advanced frog stand and was just curious if there was like a certain amount of sets and time repetitions that would be recommended before progressing on to the next level of progression?

HI Gianni yes the linear programming works pretty well in case of beginner and, listening to your words, you seem to be a beginner. Rather than simply applying a programming you need a solid basis of body alignment and scapular control. the foundations 1 gives all the pieces to complete the puzzle.
