Robert Charlton Posted April 6, 2010 Share Posted April 6, 2010 after a about 3months of changing my routine every single time i did it, i finally have have a solid one to folowhere it is: -4x30s hs on rings -4x15s tuck pl-4x15s adv.tuck FL-3x4 wall planche pushups-3x5 ring maltese feet on ground pushups-3x5 FL pulls-3x5 l chinupsWhat i am aiming for is a solid FSHSPU, planche pushup, and front lever pullup (long term).what i want is increased bicep and chest size to go with it. what should i add to help with this? e.g i am thinking about adding flys pushups?i also want allround increased athletic ability to with it aswell. could anyone give me any suggestions for that? any help is appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
