alright, here it is (routine)

after a about 3months of changing my routine every single time i did it, i finally have have a solid one to folow

here it is:

-4x30s hs on rings

-4x15s tuck pl

-4x15s adv.tuck FL

-3x4 wall planche pushups

-3x5 ring maltese feet on ground pushups

-3x5 FL pulls

-3x5 l chinups

What i am aiming for is a solid FSHSPU, planche pushup, and front lever pullup (long term).

what i want is increased bicep and chest size to go with it. what should i add to help with this? e.g i am thinking about adding flys pushups?

i also want allround increased athletic ability to with it aswell. could anyone give me any suggestions for that?

any help is appreciated :D
