What to do after time off?

Hi,

I’ve been pretty consistent with training for about 18 months but I’ve recently been renovating a house and with the late nights and extra physical work have found myself with Xmas having taken about 7 weeks off.

 

Do I start back up at the exercise level where I was or go back to the beginning? Or backwards just a bit?

 

Feel a bit gutted like I’ve lost the progress I made!

Hi Gareth 7 weels is not too much, I would start 2 weeks back in the progression/schedule.
