I think from all exercises, the "Elevated Row" exercise of Foundation 1 needs the most space to the wall. But how much is it? does a pull up, where the rings are installed on, offer enough space? What about Foundation 2, 3 and 4? would they require more space for the rings or does it require any other special equipment? Do you mean height? weight wouldn't make much sense but if my height is 186cm (6.1 feet), the distance between the rings and the wall should be 93cm (3 feet)?
