I talked with the support and they told me to follow the daily scedule. My target id to do rings and calisthenics in the future.Do they provide any coach to guide the members and to help them? Working different rowing variations to help build you up for more advanced ring work. Keep using your Fundamentals as warm up and time to train F1!
