I was an athlete in junior high and high school, but like so many, I let myself go until I had gained so much weight I couldn't stand myself anymore. I have already lost 6 pounds and can feel some flexibility returning. I am interested in adding the diet portion to my membership, but I see a lot of posts about how expensive it is.
