Advice On Levers

For several months I have cut out doing back and front levers because of a small injury to my back.

I'm healed up, but after trying an adv tuck front lever on monday, I'm finding my triceps are sore... and they've been sore for several days.

1. Is this normal? I don't remember my triceps being sore when I worked front levers before.

2. Would it be wise for me to take out my pull ups and dips until I get used to back and front levers again? I would be focusing on front levers, back levers, handstands, L-sits, and possible planch holds..

1. Sounds like your just not used to that stimulus.

2. I wouldn't unless doing those FBE would be too much for you.
