Split series question

Can anyone tell me how long the Middle Split and Thoracic Bridge series are, as far as single workout length? I am planning on adding one or both to my current workouts.

Hi Daniel,

Each of the stretch series takes 45 minutes to complete :)

Daniel like Pauline said please send us any additional questions about the series as you go through them. Personally, I give myself 45 minutes to 60 minutes to stop and pause videos, use equipment for modifications etc.
