Quick question about doing roll outs with a wheel. If my goal is to get a perfectly horizontal roll out should I keep trying to increase the distance every work out, or supplement it with higher rep sets of knees on the ground, horizontal roll outs, which I can do easily.

Or both?

If I was you, I would try to increase the sets with the knees on the ground.

Once the knees on the ground becomes fairly easy which it does much before you can do a full rollout I suggest full rollout negatives and maybe inclined full rollouts, or full rollouts on different surfaces moving from high to low friction. It is also possible to do partial full rollouts and just increase the distance, but doing from the knees is not the best way imo.

Thanks, That's exactly where I'm at. The knee rolls feel pointless outside of a warm up and warm down use.

You could try a gradually closing angle of straddle. It does require a bit of room but there's no need for any extra setting up.
