Epicondylitis

I'm far more advanced on the Rope Climb path than the others.  However, pull-ups and the related movements seem to be irritating my elbows.  I have medial epicondylitis.  I'm wondering what the recommended treatment is, how I should alter programming while it hurts, and for how long I should modify things.  Thank you.

Hi Patrick,

I would strongly suggest to seek advice form a physio or other medical professional about this. In the meantime, avoid movements that causes pain. You do not want to push through pain this kind of pain when training.
