Parker Griffith Posted May 15, 2017 Share Posted May 15, 2017 I'm new to gymnastics, I'm 17, 126lbs at 5'9 and I can do 16 normal dips but I can do 25 straight bar dips, i do the straight bar dip allot but am I missing anything major that the other dip variations have?? Please make sure that the video's privacy settings are set to 'Unlisted'. Straight bar dips are great but there are many other dipping variations that are crucial for upper body gymnastic strength. A host of dipping variations are extensively covered in the Foundation Series. I highly recommend looking in the Foundation Courses as a way to explore and master all of the most useful gymnastic dipping variations. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
