Étienne Lajeunesse
Hi! I've started aerial tumbling (flips, handsprings...) some years ago without really being consistent. But I need to know, is it better to build our strength and condition the body first, before starting training in this kind of tumbling? I saw many people on youtube like tricksters making crazy things but are not looking fit as gymnasts, is there any danger starting that without preparation? Thank you! Alessandro Mainente
the fact that they tend to show kinesio tape on lower back, shoulder, quads and knees i think that reveals some strange aspects. there is NO free-injury specific skill training without solid physical preparation. Étienne Lajeunesse
Yeah I suppose, I'm just wondering why, for example, the coaches that trained me, didn't take time to prepare us... Aren't they suppose to be aware of that?
Alessandro Mainente
2 reason: -negligence from your coach and zero interest on your health -simply these coaches do not know how to progressively prepare an adult .
