Plance and Front Lever training frequency

Is it possible to progress with training planche and front lever once a week

For an example would doing this once a week work?

- Adv Tuck Planche/Straddle Front Lever 10x5-10 seconds

- Planche Leans 5x5-10 seconds/Front Lever Raises 5x5

And on other days doing weight training stuff like bench and deadlifts?

It is definitely possible to progress training planche and front lever once a week.

The best way to progress on these exercises is through the foundation series. You will have access to structured programming with integrated mobility that will logically map out the steps to obtaining mastery of these two elements.
