erikmckinley
I don't know that anyone has ever made a specific list about this...But I'm curious to know. I landed on one of my back muscles, and have not been able to do a lot of exercises for about a month... but I've found I can do handstands no problem. What exercises can be improved by increasing handstand strength?
Blairbob
presses can be improved by HS strength besides HSPU. They can also make your torso muscles stronger besides your wrists.
erikmckinley
Do the shoulder strength gains from handstands and handstand push ups carry over to planch work?

Razz
But even if you can do a handstand for 10 minutes dont expect to be able to do a planche.
JL
Currently, I am just progressing through pike pushups, and my planche lean strength has gone up simultaneously. Not to mention, my pushups are better, too.
