Hi Joe,

This depends on a variety of factors like your prior athletic experience and how you decide to go about learning it. Height can also play a big role in learning this skill as longer legs are harder to lift. Your fastest route will certainly be with our Handstand Two Course, which is focused solely on the development of press handstands. I also strongly suggest training free handstands (using our Handstand One Course) at the same time. The two courses integrate seamlessly and if you can't hold the handstand at the top of the press then you might run into some trouble ;)

Mobility on the shoulders girdle it is the main factor on the learning process. a solid openend handstand it is a must.
