De_LosSantos Posted January 31, 2010 Share Posted January 31, 2010 When you already have a 60 second tuck lever, and you move to the flat tuck lever, are you supposed to be able to hold your hips at the height of your shoulders are do you slowly work up to it?? Neal Winkler Posted February 1, 2010 Share Posted February 1, 2010 A couple people have been misunderstanding the 60s thing lately. 60s is just an accumulated time, broken up into smaller sets, that you can use when practicing the static holds.
