The problem is i am lacking flexibility... i have long ignored stretching and it has finally caught up to me.... I can hold a 30×5 Lsits and i can hold a 12×5 V sit. The middle split hold i can hold just as long as the v sit but i barley get my hips higher on the middle split than v sit. I can fairly easily to mann wall slides and i can do a manna with the assistance of a swiss ball and i can feel my body shake as i get very light and can almost hold manna. However this is my question should i focus on grounf v sit with hands facing backwards unit my flexibility catches up? Or hold middle split holds?
