Movement 1 - What's the end goal?

I am plugging away at Foundations 1 and I think it's pretty well known that the progressions are geared towards, Front Lever, Straddle Planche, Side Lever, Single Leg Squat, Rope Climb, Hollow Back Press,  and Manna

 

In regards to Movement 1 - what are the end goals?

I wish each program had a quick 1-2 minute promo video to check out. I obviously have no idea what to expect, but I think it may help with my Brazilian jiu jitsu.

Kevin, if you don't like it, I believe you can get your money back. 

Even if you saw a promo, you wouldn't get much decision-making value out of it until you choose to try the progressions and practice. Since you do bjj, you'll probably do well with the rolling elements.
