What exercises on the lower part of chest, have I do?

Decline wide grip bench, decline flies... Although, you should focus on all of the chest instead of 1/2. It's much more effective to train that way. I'd explain why, but I can't remember.

Ring supports, ring dips, wide PB dips all hit the lower chest, but you shouldn't worry too much about that. If you work for athletic ability you will have an athletic body.
