Patrich Zulueta Posted June 2, 2016 Share Posted June 2, 2016 Hello, What are those bands that the athletes use during Leverage Assisted Ring Strength (LARS)? They loop around the elbow and the ring strap, which shortens the lever. Where can I buy them? I have not yet reached the prerequisites for Rings One. On gymnasticbodies.com click on "help and support" then click on "I'm lost, what do I do?"
