opening up shoulders.

I started gymnastics last spring, although I've been mainly practicing circles on mushroom during the school year. Gymnastics season starts on mid-February at my high school, so I thought I should practice some skills (like obtaining the ability to do a press) for this season. I haven't practiced on equipments in a while since there's no open gym at my high school anymore, so I practice the basics skills at home.

Also, what ever happened to the video, Blairbob? I need to know what a good handstand looks like. I searched pictures on google, but they look similar to mine.
