Alex Munteanu Posted May 2, 2016 Share Posted May 2, 2016 Hey guys, So around the time of October I picked up an injury to my left wrist and found out it was FCU tendonitis and I got the same thing to my right wrist in March and now it's May. My wrists are getting better finally and my left wrist is almost good to go. Is the handstand series a good idea to get to strengthen my wrists so this injury doesn't becoming a recurring problem? Mats Trane Posted May 2, 2016 Share Posted May 2, 2016 Very good idea. There is a whole section on wrist strenght and mobility in the HS program. Make sure you dont do anything that hurts.
