Wrist FCU Tendonitis

Hey guys, 

So around the time of October I picked up an injury to my left wrist and found out it was FCU tendonitis and I got the same thing to my right wrist in March and now it's May. My wrists are getting better finally and my left wrist is almost good to go. Is the handstand series a good idea to get to strengthen my wrists so this injury doesn't becoming a recurring problem?

Very good idea. There is  a whole section on wrist strenght and mobility in the HS program. Make sure you dont do anything that hurts. Not the slightest! Make sure to get alot of blood flow through your wrists.
