Aran Van Dinteren Posted April 26, 2016 Share Posted April 26, 2016 So..... I don't know if it's an Internal Oblique strain or an Erector spinae strain, but i'm sure it's either one of these two. I felt a bit different in that area since 2 weeks, but didn't really take it serious. One good thing is that it doesn't really hurt, and i train every day so i keep it a bit active i guess. But i am just affraid and unconscious about it, don't know what to do. Tomorrow i will visit my therapist but i can also use some good advice on how to deal with it.
