Erik Sjolin Posted January 5, 2010 Share Posted January 5, 2010 I started training them in June when I found out about this form of training, though I don't think I can claim it quite yet since it's not consistent enough to do it whenever I feel like it (1/2 layout maybe). 360 pulls, while they look like a heck of a lot of fun aren't really possible given my current situation though. I use the squat rack in the gym, and when I raise my arms half my forearms stick out the top of it.Oh well though, that really got me stoked to keep on training.
